Consultation
I offer a free 10-minute consultation (either on the phone or in my office), so you can get a sense of whether you would like to schedule an assessment appointment. It is also an opportunity for us to decide if we are a good fit.
Rates
This will be discussed during the initial appointment. A session is approximately 50 minutes.
Insurance
At this time Dr. Maggie accepts Medicaid and self-pay out of pocket payments.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified Dr. Maggie at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay a cancellation fee of $30.00.
Payment
Cash, PayPal, Insurance or Credit Card are accepted for payment at the time of service.
