My goals as your holistic psychotherapist is to collaborate with you in finding short and long-term solutions that work for you. Therapy will be customized to meet your individual needs to support your positive goals. During our first session, I will gather information and we will discuss the specific changes you want to make in your life. This information forms a detailed picture of your biopsychosocial (medical, psychological, enviornmental/social) history. Next, we will discuss integrated methods of holistic psychotherapy which will be utilized: person-centered, emotion focused, mindfulness, solution focused, strengths based, Logotherapy traditional therapies, combined with Reiki, mediation, spiritual positivity guided imagery and/or yoga.
We will explore and discover what makes you happy and brings you true joy. There may be no quick-fix solutions but what we can do is work together to find useful long-term solutions and alternate perspectives for the challenging areas of your life.
You will be in a safe, comfortable, supportive, positive and encouraging environment, where the focus will be on you. There is no ‘cookie cutter’ one size fits all therapy that I use and your individual needs to achieve growth are my top priority.
